Sieve maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt and keep aside.
preheat the oven at 200degree for,10minutes.Meanwhile grease the pan with oil and line with butter paper.
Mix coffee powder in warm water in a bowl.mix sugar and oil and keep aside.Whisk curd and water till it turns smooth.Add one tbs leomon juice and baking soda and stir.Then add vanilla essence and mix well.
Mix all the wet ingredients together in another bowl.
slowly add maida portions at a time and blend with wet ingredients
Mix well with a whisk until creamy and pour the batter tothe baking tin and keep it ready.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degree for 10 minutes,then reduce the temperature to 180 degree and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
Allow the cake to cool down.Then invert it and remove the butter paper.
Cut the cake from middle and moisturize using sugar syrup
Spread an even layer of whipped cream icing ,top it with dark chocolate curls and cherries.
Again top it with whipped cream and make a smooth topping.
Place the other half of cake on it and start covering the sides and top of the cake with the remaining icing.
Moisturise the top with sugar syrup
cover the sides and top with whipped cream
decorate with chocolate curls ,whipped cream,nozzle patterns and cherries.
Now the yummy black forest cake is ready to serve.
